I'm Matt, a freelance web developer in the French Alps.
I've spent over ten years building everything from small business sites to the web apps companies run on, for clients all over the world. I'm based in the French Alps, and you deal with me from the first call to long after launch.
Over ten years building websites and web apps that businesses actually run on. Countless projects shipped for clients all over the world, from family businesses in the Alps to global brands. Everything from polished WordPress and Shopify sites to Laravel and Payload apps built from the ground up. A dedicated developer who knows your project inside out, from the first call to long after launch.

What I build
- 01Custom business softwareSoftware built around how your business runs, so it can grow without the admin growing with it: internal tools, customer portals, dashboards and automation that connect the systems you already use.
- 02Booking systemsOnline booking, payments and an admin your team runs, built around how you actually take bookings. For transfers, events, tables and anything an off-the-shelf tool can't quite handle.
- 03WordPress developmentWordPress sites your team can actually update, from a five-page business site to a family of recruitment-agency sites.
- 04Shopify developmentShopify stores and custom themes, with sections you edit yourself in the theme editor. Good for shops that also run events or bookings.
- 05Payload CMS developmentFast, modern sites on Payload and Next.js, with content models shaped around your editors rather than around a theme.
- 06Rebuilds and migrationsMoving off WordPress, Squarespace or an old build, with redirects and content carried over so you keep your Google rankings.
- 07Support and care plansUpdates, fixes and small changes each month from the person who built your site, so there's always someone who knows it.

Launch and support
Matt delivered our Laravel application ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. His technical knowledge and communication were outstanding throughout the project.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what you need, so every project gets its own fixed quote after a free call. You'll know the cost before any work starts, and it only changes if the plan does.
How long does a project take?
A small site usually takes four to six weeks. Bigger builds run in stages over two to four months. You see working pages early on, not just at the end.
Do you work with clients outside France?
Yes. I'm based in the French Alps and work with clients all over the world, mostly by video call and email. The UK is only an hour behind, so the working day lines up.
Got a project in mind?
Tell me about your business and what you need. I'll reply within 24 hours with how I'd approach it.
